All these class focus on technique, efficiency, and skill. Work consistently, wisely, and patiently in the Fall, and you will be poised for greatness in '09.
Off-Season Triathlon Training includes:
Mind Body Stretch and Strength: Tues 8-9pm and Thurs 7-8
Fundamentals of Swimming: Tues 6:30-8pm
Run Technique and Training: Thurs 5:30-7pm
Big Spin: Sat 8-10am
You can attend the sections that fit your schedule. Don't feel obligated to attend every session, but select the workouts you need.
