Off-Season Triathlon Training

Sept 30-December 7
Off season is where your training begins to lay the foundation for next season's successes. But training in the Fall is different than other times of the year.


All these class focus on technique, efficiency, and skill.  Work  consistently, wisely, and patiently in the Fall, and you will be poised for greatness in '09. 

Off-Season Triathlon Training includes:

Mind Body Stretch and Strength: Tues 8-9pm and Thurs 7-8
Fundamentals of Swimming: Tues 6:30-8pm
Run Technique and Training: Thurs 5:30-7pm
Big Spin: Sat 8-10am

You can attend the sections that fit your schedule. Don't feel obligated to attend every session, but select the workouts you need.
